It may be #Halloween, and the story title may sound #scary, but it is not at all. This story is part of a new series of kids stories in English, with a Lebanese twist and a few phrases in Arabic. It is a story of Mira visiting her grandparents’ village with her friend Kareem. On their way to buy ice cream, Kareem calls an old man boogie man, while Mira corrects his information, and tells him about how people there greet strangers, and that it is a cultural thing she admires.
