State your progress in your weekly goals.What worked? what didn’t?What will you keep? Improve? Start? Stop?

Step 3: List Sweep

Check all your to-do lists, calendar, emails for the past week to check what’s done and capture all your pending items and to add the proper reminders.

Step 4 : List your  top 3 goals for the upcoming week (Weekly Big 3).
