This podcast mainly focuses on the wellbeing of individuals and how to help live an interconnected life by being good and healthy in various aspects like: Physical, Psychological and Daily Wellness. The first series will vigorously practice “Physical Wellbeing” which is maintained based on healthy choices with a flow of facts about different fruits and vegetables and how this allows us to get the most out of our daily activities. In this podcast it will be inevitable to respond to our bodies wellbeing and strive for a better quality of life. The second series encourages us to understand how it is our responsibility to sustain a loving and nourishing attitude towards ourselves by practicing different methods of self-love and self-worth, known as “Emotional Wellbeing” which enables us to create a supportive environment for one’s self to live.
